Noey was born in Chiang Mai, Thailand, and is the elder twin sister of Charattha Imraporn (Jam) by two minutes. Their younger sister, Charada Imraporn (Piglet), is also in the entertainment industry. Noey pursued her education in the arts, studying at the Faculty of Fine Arts and completing two years in Communication Arts at Stamford International University of Oxford. ​

Musical Career

Noey's musical journey began with the formation of the pop duo Neko Jump alongside her twin sister Jam. The duo gained popularity in Thailand and Japan, with some of their songs featured in Japanese anime, such as "Anyamaru Tantei Kiruminzuu." After their contract ended in 2017, Noey, Jam, and Piglet formed the group JNP, marking a new chapter in their musical careers. ​
